April 1974 Established "Society for the study of new technology"
Primarily for the development of goods, art displays, and fine art products using new technologies.
October 1979 Established "Oriental Art Association" for the purpose of promoting development activities.
December 1981 Established "Chemitronics Co., Ltd. "
For the purpose of technology consulting, consignment development of semiconductor equipment, physics and chemistry tools, and various types of measuring instruments.
December 1983 Established "Techtron Co., Ltd." for physicochemistry tools, fuel catalysts, thermal catalysts and heating instrument.
December 1985 Established "Sigmatec Co., Ltd." for the purpose of manufacturing particle counters, ion counters and other implements.
July 1987 Capital funding of Chemitronics Co., Ltd. increased to 4,000,000 yen.
July 1988 Established "Technofront Co., Ltd." for the purpose of creating scholarly and academic databases in applied physics, software publishing, and others. Capitalization: 9,000,000 yen.
October 1993 Established "Litho Tech Japan Corporation" as joint company, to succeed lithography business of General Signal Japan. Capitalization: 11,000,000 yen.
November 1994 Capital funding of Chemitronics Co., Ltd. increased to 10,000,000 yen.
December 1994 Established "Unify Co., Ltd." for the purpose of manufacturing mass production of LCD systems. Capitalization: 30,000,000 yen.
December 1995 Capital funding of Technofront Co., Ltd. increased to 10,000,000 yen.
December 1995 Established "Technofine Co., Ltd." for the purpose of developing and manufacturing ultra-vacuum technology and magnetic and electronic measuring instruments. Capitalization: 30,000,000 yen.
July 2001 Established "3D-bio Co., Ltd." in cooperation with Professor Koyanagi and others of Tohoku University, for the principal purpose of three-dimensional mounting technology development and bio-related technology development. Capitalization: 24,000,000 yen.
September 2001 Capital funding of Chemitronics Co., Ltd. increased to 30,000,000 yen.
November 2001 Established "MEMS Core Co., Ltd." in cooperation with Professor Esashi and others of Tohoku University, for the purpose of developing MEMS-related systems and devices. Capitalization: 50,000,000 yen.
December 2001 Chemitronics Co., Ltd. established Tachikawa business establishment for business plans for growth and expansion.
January 2007 Established the process experiment & demonstration facility (CTT) in "Technofine Co., Ltd."
